Nicolas Sebastian Crow

Nicolas Crow is the Founder of YAC Foundation, a youth-led international organization active across 15 countries focused on governance, transparency, and combating public corruption to advance sustainable development through youth-centered approaches. He oversees the organization's relations with governments, international organizations, youth-led institutions, and Gen Z movements worldwide, while also leading its international expansion and strategic development. He has represented the organization in high-level international forums and has served as an advisor on different boards.
He holds a law degree from Universidad San Francisco de Quito and has pursued academic studies at University of Cambridge, Peking University, and Beijing International Studies University. He speaks three languages, and his professional work centers on youth affairs, transactional law, governance, and public-private cooperation for development.
He believes integrity should remain at the center of every Sustainable Development Goal, as public corruption directly affects progress across all areas of development. His work is particularly aligned with SDG 16 on Peace, Justice, and Strong Institutions, especially targets 16.5 and 16.6 focused on reducing corruption and building effective, accountable, and transparent institutions.

Leslie Collao Bazan

Leslie Collao Bazan is the Founder of Kusisqa and served as Peru's Youth Delegate to the United Nations for the 2024-2025 term, representing the voices of young people in international decision-making spaces and multilateral dialogues.
Her work focuses on advancing youth leadership, gender equality, and climate justice across Peru and Latin America, promoting greater youth participation as a driver of social transformation. She is currently pursuing studies in Business Administration and was recognized as part of Forbes 30 Under 30 Peru for her contributions to youth advocacy and social impact initiatives. Her work is closely aligned with SDG 5 on Gender Equality.

Francesca Howard

Francesca Howard is an incoming student at Princeton University planning to pursue studies in Politics, with additional academic interests in History and Gender & Sexuality Studies. Her work and leadership focus on gender equity, social justice advocacy, and civic engagement, supported by a strong interdisciplinary foundation spanning law, public affairs, and English literature. Her approach to leadership emphasizes challenging dominant narratives, uplifting marginalized voices, and fostering constructive dialogue.
She currently serves as the New York State Lead for She's in Office, President of Girls Against Rape, President of New York's Women in Law Alliance, and as a Department of Health-Certified Rape Crisis Counselor. Her areas of interest include U.S. politics, international affairs, and Middle Eastern studies.
She has received numerous recognitions for her leadership and advocacy, including the New York State Senate Youth Leadership Recognition Award and the Scholastic Art & Writing Awards National Gold Medal. Her work is closely aligned with SDG 5 on Gender Equality and SDG 16 on Peace, Justice, and Strong Institutions.

Juan David Amaya

Luis V Villaherrera

Luis V. Villaherrera is an expert on Open data, transparency, AI deployment, and design. He is the first Obama Scholar from the region and one of the finalists for the Kofi Annan Democracy Prize. He has been part of various McKinsey programs, American Express (AMEX), and innovation social impact initiatives from UPenn.
His expertise spans the non-profit, public speaking, and private sectors, advising multinational companies on strategic communications and connecting them with governments in the region.
His opinions on transparency and the rule of law have been published and quoted in Global Americans and America Quarterly, among others; furthermore, he has been invited to Pod Save the World and Global Minnesota to share his work. In 2017, he co-founded a non-profit to create innovative projects focusing on technological tools and capacity-building to combat corruption and foster democracy and elections.

Kassandra J. Valladolid

Kasandra Valladolid is an advocate and community leader with a background in Political Science and International Relations from University of California San Diego. Her work focuses on social impact, policy advocacy, and community engagement, with experience supporting migrant and refugee populations along the U.S.-Mexico border.
She is the Founder of Proyecto Tlali, a community initiative dedicated to promoting collective action through environmental education, humanitarian aid, and large-scale donation campaigns. Michel Quintana

Michel Quintana is a Mexican financier focused on mergers and acquisitions, investment banking, and sustainable finance. He is currently joining MACA Advisors, an elite boutique firm advising on billion-dollar transactions across Latin America. His work centers on financial strategy, regional development, and cross-border investment within emerging markets.
He studies International Finance at Tecnológico de Monterrey and Columbia University, and is the Founder of the Tec Investment Banking Club Santa Fe. He was awarded the National Reto Santander Prize 2025 and has participated in high-level international forums including the ECOSOC Youth Forum 2026, Financing for Development Forum 2026, STI Forum, and the UNA-USA Global Summit 2026. Jazbia Shirin

Dr. Jazbia Shirin is an ecologist and postdoctoral researcher at Peking University Shenzhen Graduate School, China. She holds a Ph.D. in Ecology from Anhui University and her research focuses on environmental science, ecotoxicology, soil microbiology, and sustainable waste management, particularly the impact of microplastics and heavy metals on soil-plant-microbe systems. She has published multiple peer-reviewed articles in leading scientific journals including the Journal of Soils and Sediments, Frontiers in Plant Science, and Ecotoxicology and Environmental Safety.
She serves as a Global Peace Ambassador, Vice President of the Global Literary Temple, Board Member of the International Women Parliament, Executive Member of the Global Youth Peace Committee, and Advisory Board Member at iBridge Education. A former news broadcaster and radio jockey, she has also been invited to speak at international forums including the UN ECOSOC Youth Forum 2026 in New York, the International Climate Change Conference, and the International Youth Conference.
Her work focuses on climate action, peacebuilding, youth empowerment, environmental sustainability, and science communication across the Asia-Pacific region and the Global South. She is the creator of Revolución Eñame, a feminist digital initiative that transforms complex social issues into accessible, creative, and emotionally resonant education for young people across Latin America.
A Chevening Scholar with an MA in Gender and Media from the University of Sussex, Avril has represented Bolivia in high-level international spaces, including the UN ECOSOC Youth Forum 2026, the Unleashing Human Rights Forum 2025, the UN Youth Rights Academy in Geneva, TEDx platforms, and youth leadership initiatives across Europe, Asia, and the Americas. Her work focuses on using digital culture, storytelling, and radical tenderness to challenge harmful narratives, strengthen youth voices, and promote more inclusive societies.

Karol Nicole Cázares González

Nicole Cázares is a Mexican youth advocate and international affairs student focused on public policy, multilateralism, and youth participation in global governance. She currently works in public affairs and institutional relations through organizations such as American Society of Mexico (AmSoc) and has collaborated in international forums including the ECOSOC Youth Forum and the Women Economic Forum.
Her experience includes serving on the substantive staff of NHSMUN 2026, chairing Model UN conferences at the university level, and co-authoring political analysis articles for Foreign Affairs Latinoamérica. Her areas of expertise include international policy, youth engagement, governance, and public affairs, with a regional focus on Latin America.
